Requests, redeeming, what publishers are looking for, etc.
Log in to your account, and click on any game you're interested in to find out more about it. If the game is available to request, click the REQUEST KEY button to let the publisher know that you’re interested in checking out their game. If the publisher has not enabled requests or is not using our service yet, click “Notify Me” to get an email as soon as the game becomes available.
Please note: In most cases, game publishers have a limited supply of game keys to hand out for reviews. The criteria for supporting channels varies from publisher to publisher, and even game to game. Typically publishers will be looking for partners with regular content updates, a reasonable number of viewers, and a relevance to the game in question.
It’s entirely down to the game publisher and the availability of game keys.
Most publishers will receive their game key allocation 2-7 days before launch, depending on the platform. They may send them out straight away. Others may need to wait until the servers go live. The older a game is, the harder it is for a publisher or their agents to get extra keys, so bear that in mind if requesting a game first launched 10 years ago.
Publishers have a limited number of keys for reviews, and have to decide who they send game keys to. Often that means they can't satisfy everyone and they have to make that decision based on channel size or relevance.
Sadly, no. Publishers have a limited supply of game keys for generating review coverage, so they have to use the information available to them to work out whom to send those keys to. The advantage of using our service is that publishers have access to all the latest stats about your channel and the types of games and genres you like, and don't have to base a decision solely on subscribers or follower numbers.
You must never sell keys, give keys to someone else, or use them in giveaways (unless they were explicitly granted as a giveaway).
You're not obliged to create content from every key, and we make it clear to publishers that you may play the game and find it unsuitable for your channel.
If a publisher complains that a key has been sold or misused, we will suspend the account until investigated.
You must never sell keys, give keys to someone else, or use them in giveaways (unless they were explicitly granted as a giveaway).
You're not obliged to create content from every key, and we make it clear to publishers that you may play the game and find it unsuitable for your channel.
If you're unlikely to play a game, however, you can reject it and give a nice reason for doing so.
Creators are given 21 days after a key offer to create content. This is so promoters know when they can measure the impact of their campaigns.
If you won’t have time to create content before the deadline, you can decline the key offer without any penalty, and promoters won’t be upset - they understand creating content from preview keys has to work for everyone, and you may need to focus on other projects.
Some publishers offer multiple keys to channels that regularly create multiplayer content. If you regularly create multiplayer content, or Squad Streams, and require multiple keys for your team, squad, or co-presenters, update your Squad Size in Edit Profile.
The 'request key' button works the same for mutiplayer games, as for single player, and does not ask you how many keys you want, but the publisher will see your Squad Size when they consider your request, and may offer you multiple keys.
You do not need to produce Squad Streams or other multiplayer coverage if you receive multiple keys, but if you regularly request multiple keys and don't product multiplayer coverage, it may harm your chances of receiving multiple keys in future.
If your request is successful, the key offer will appear in the My Keys tab. A red number will indicate how many offers you have pending. You will also be notified by email.
Not right now. If the publisher has been unable to provide you with a key, there's currently no option to re-request that game.
We are aware that circumstances can change, so we will add functionality that will make it possible to have other options, like being put on a waiting list for example.
In all likelihood, no. Publishers get a lot of requests for AAA games and their supply of promotional game keys for media is not infinite. They will most likely have to start with bigger channels and work their way down until all the keys run out.
The solution is to make your channel really big. Easy, huh?
You can activate it for playing later, or you can also be really nice and send it back for someone else to play.
Tell us and we’ll put a stop to it. The whole point of our service is to make it easier to get the games you want to play and get rid of the spam. Drop us a line through the contact form with the details on the matter and we will resolve the issue for you.
A key received with a message may have specific terms and conditions you will need to read and accept before the key can be redeemed. There could be a number of reasons for this. For example, there might be specific music not licensed for broadcast you’ll need to avoid, an embargo time and date that must be adhered to, a specific credit required or just the developer wanting to say Hi and give a short brief on what the game’s about.
If the message requires acceptance, it’s important you read any associated documents because you are entering into an agreement directly with the publisher or developer sending you the key.
Since fiery pits are outlawed in most countries, we’re working on suitably gruesome punishments for offenders. We understand that mistakes can happen, and in most cases the publisher will ask for the content to be taken down. In more serious cases… Well, think legal lava and possibly spikes. The onus is on the key recipient to read and check that they are working within those terms and conditions (where applicable). If in any doubt, please contact us via the help form and we’ll investigate on your behalf with the publisher concerned.
We understand that sometimes the game is not what you expected or it isn't for your audience.
However, we require a minimum of 35% coverage for keys. That is for every key, even if you always say ‘Play then decide’. Falling below that line could lead to sanctions if a publisher complains.
Also, you need to keep committed to the predictions you make. 100% likelihood of coverage means you are 100% certain that you can make coverage - a big commitment!
When you commit to 100% coverage, if you don’t create coverage before the campaign closes it may lead to sanctions, such as strikes or even suspension.
This is an indication that you have reported the key for that product.
Contact Support. But we recommend double checking next time if the key you have requested and received are for the right region and platform before you redeem it.
How to tag games correctly, why it's important, missing content.
The system has built a system that automatically tracks video and social media content created on all of the media you have authorised. This includes automatically tracking things like how many views each piece of content gets.
Every time you redeem a key, we will check to see if you have created coverage by checking if you have used the game’s tags or category. If you have, we will link the publisher to that piece of content so they can appreciate all your great work!
However, this awesome automatic system needs your help to work. It only knows you have created coverage for a specific game if you use the tags (hashtags, YouTube tags or Twitch categories) that are associated with that game.
That means it’s REALLY important that you check which tags are being used for your key before creating content. You can find out which tags to use by clicking the ‘View Key’ button in your Keys page. This will show you all the information you need to know to get your coverage tracked properly!
In your coverage menu, go to the 'Match keys to coverage'. Select the game you've covered, and what type of content you created - online text, text behind paywall, or print coverage.
You can't submit content that doesn't come from a key you received from the system.
The minimum you need to submit is the press outlet name, content URL, and the date of publication.
Include any other data you think will help the promoter understand the value of your content.
9 times out of 10 it’s because you have used the wrong tag that is associated with that game. This is why it is REALLY important that you check which tags are being used for your key before creating content. You can find out which tags to use by clicking the ‘View Key’ button in your Keys page.
If you can see your content in your 'Coverage' page but it's not associated to the right product, check the FAQs on getting your YouTube or Twitch coverage tracked below. Remember to always hit 'Refresh' on the content item after making any changes, or else we won't pick up those changes.
If you can't see your content in your 'Coverage' page, try waiting a few days as there may have been a delay in picking up your content. If it's still not appearing, you may need to get in touch with Support.
If the tags for the game are wrong or don’t make sense, you can make tag suggestions for that game. When you suggest tags, it doesn’t just fix the coverage for you, but for EVERYONE. How great! If you want to see how, scroll down and read the FAQ ‘WHAT ARE TAG SUGGESTIONS AND HOW DO I USE THEM?’.
It's a common trend to have the gameplay of a game in the background while talking about completely different topics unrelated to the game.
One common example would be someone playing a farming game while discussing about sports or recent news.
We do accept this kind of coverage, however, there is an additional requirement for it to count as coverage. You must mention the name of the game in the title or description of your video so your audience knows what game the video is showing.
The most common reason is that you have used the wrong YouTube tag for that game. If you click ‘View Key’ for that game in your Keys tab, you will see which YouTube tag you are supposed to use in your content.
You can add the tag when you first upload the YouTube content by clicking ‘More Options’ and then typing in the right tag. Remember: use the EXACT letters. To be safe, copy and paste the tag right from the ‘View Key’ page.
You can also edit the tag later, after the YouTube video has already been published. Once you have made any changes to your YouTube content you MUST hit the 'Refresh' button on the content item in your 'Coverage' page. If you don't, we won't pick up any changes you've made.
If you think the tags shown in the ‘View Key’ page don’t make sense (they are suggested by humans, we all make mistakes!) you can use the ‘suggest tags’ functionality. If you want to see how, scroll down and read the FAQ ‘WHAT ARE TAG SUGGESTIONS AND HOW DO I DO IT?’.
Our system automatically links your coverage streamed in the game’s Twitch Category to the game key you received. That includes when you switch from one category to another mid-stream.
So, when streaming, make sure to choose the correct Twitch Category. You can find the right Twitch Category through the ‘View Key’ button in your Keys tab.
Some games don't have a Twitch Category yet. When this happens, you need to make sure to auto-archive your streams (create VODs). When you do this, your VODs will appear in your coverage stream and you can click the ‘Edit tags’ button and then select the right product.
Or, you can use the hashtag in your stream title and use the Twitch Category 'Games + Demos'. However, you must only use that hashtag and it must be the first stream title you use for that stream.
If the game is a DLC, you should stream in the main game’s Twitch category.
We were the first platform to introduce Twitter monitoring and tracking as a form of coverage for game launches.
When we first introduced Twitter, it was an additional option that did not count towards coverage of a key received from a promoter.
Then, as we started to see sign ups from creators and influencers, sometimes with hundreds of thousands of followers, we modified the system to consider Twitter content as coverage.
Unfortunately, in the last few months, we have received increasing negative feedback from promoters who are seeing content from creators only on Twitter and with relatively small Twitter accounts.
We are keen to retain Twitter creators as valuable members of the network, but until we have made some more system changes to satisfy the needs of both promoters and creators at the same time, we have had to suspend Twitter as being a valid platform for coverage.
We anticipate adding new features in the near future, which will restore Twitter to its original status.
We have an ‘Other content’ tab in your Coverage page. This is for anything that is not press content, or automatically tracked (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming or TikTok).
Here you can add a URL to your content, as well as a description and more. This will all be given to the publisher, so make sure it looks good and you may have big publishers checking out your great work!
Most of the time, publishers only review campaigns for their games for a few weeks after sending key offers. That means that if you are offered a key, you need to create coverage within a few weeks to give value to the publisher.
We always argue the creators' case that good coverage takes time to schedule, edit and publish. The compromise is that every time you receive a key you have 21 days to create coverage if you want the publisher to review it.
We understand that life gets in the way and where you thought you could fit covering a game in one day, you might not a week later. Because your account is impacted by producing coverage on time, we wanted to make sure that you have plenty of time to create coverage. That’s why you have a total of 60 days after receiving a key offer to create coverage.
Once those 60 days are up, the key states ‘Campaign closed’. That means you have run out of time to create coverage. If this happens, just move on to keys where the campaign is still open, especially if you have keys nearing the 21 day mark!
Remember: The campaign being closed means your coverage still counts, it's just a helpful guide about which keys you should concentrate on covering!
We understand that life gets in the way. That’s why if you don't cover every game, your account won’t face any sanctions.
We are bringing out a coverage overview soon, so you can make sure you don’t fall behind.
Your coverage stream doesn’t instantly update. Come back tomorrow and check again, 99% of the time it will be there.
That other 1% of the time means you need to manually submit the coverage as there has been a (very rare) error.
If you submit YouTube or Twitch coverage in the ‘Other content’ tab, it will NOT track your views and other information about your great coverage. That's the stuff publishers love to see!
If you get an offer to cover a mature game and are hesitant about making coverage, you can always choose to decline it. You won't be penalized for declined key offers.
If you decide to redeem the offer and produce content, check each platform’s content guidelines first—Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms have rules about explicit content. Use age restrictions or “Mature Content” labels and avoid showing graphic scenes (nudity, extreme violence, etc.) if they could break the rules.
If you're unsure, censor or skip certain parts, and when in doubt, reach out to the platform for clarification. Playing it safe keeps your content up and your channel out of trouble!
We ask you to use tags in your content so we can link your coverage to the appropriate game, as they prove that you’ve covered it. However, the tags may not always be right. Also, there may be more than one tag that makes sense. For example, the name of the game in different languages, or an abbreviation of the game name.
The best thing about it is, when you suggest a new tag for a game it now fixes it for everyone, and not just you. Before, the manual submission only fixed the coverage for you.
How to suggest a tag:
We have to manually check each tag suggestion, so please be patient! You can check the status of your tag suggestion at the top right hand corner of the YouTube tab, where it shows a list of ‘Your suggested tags’.
Our system uses tags to automatically recognise which key you have covered in your video. For this reason it is important that we only accept tags which uniquely identify a single game, otherwise our system wouldn't be able to tell which game you were covering.
An example of an acceptable tag suggestion for Call of Duty 2 would be ‘CoD 2’. A suggestion like ‘first person shooter’ however would not be acceptable, as ‘first person shooter’ fits thousands of different games, meaning it doesn't prove this content is coverage for Call of Duty 2.
If we accept the submission, it will mark that piece of content, along with every person to use that tag, marked as coverage for the selected game.
In short words it is a customizable link shortener and a link tracking for games made for publishers. Publishers may share a custom link of their game with creators and creators may share that link with their audience. The publisher will then know how many unique users have clicked that link the creator shared.
If a publisher creates a Game.Page link for you, it will be located under the 'View Key' button in 'My Keys' page, the same place where you may see your key and hashtags for the game.
Many countries and platforms require creators to disclose paid content or gifts. This varies from country to country. You should be familiar with your local requirements.
Our disclosure is an example and will cover many, but not all, disclosure requirements worldwide:
Disclosure: I received a free review copy of this product from https://keymailer.co #Ad
This is just a notification that the deadline has passed to submit a content/coverage for that game.
If you've already covered the game, you can just disregard this notification.
If you have multiple social channels connected to your account, you will be asked when requesting a game where to create content.
You should always create/post the coverage to the committed channel you selected. If you did not post the coverage to the committed channel you selected when you requested the game, it will be counted as Extra Content in your redeemed keys.
How to have eligible channels and become an accredited creator
Our system supports major video influencers, the game press, and creators with smaller channels.
Everyone is treated fairly.
However, promoters have their own criteria and can filter and sort requests however they want. Typically, promoters will respond to bigger influencers and press outlets first.
As such, we encourage users to link their video channel or press outlet that achieves the most views on a regular basis.
Accreditation on Keymailer is a recognition that you are an effective gaming influencer.
In the case of being a content creator or broadcaster, being accredited tells publishers, developers and PRs looking at your account that you regularly feature video games, tag them appropriately, and have an active audience watching your content.
Keymailer don’t give out keys ourselves, it’s the publisher, developer or PR agency of the game that chooses who to distribute keys to. They will only want to give keys out to creators who are going to raise awareness for their game, so Accreditation helps them make that decision.
You will be Accredited if your account:
1. Has at least one Eligible video or press channel (Twitter is not included)
2. Creates quality gaming content regularly
3. Has well-tagged or categorised content
Once you have all of these, your account will be evaluated for Accreditation. However, you can still use Keymailer without being Accredited.
Please note:
The Accreditation criteria is subject to change, we regularly poll developers and publishers to ask them what they regard to be the acceptable minimum for an Accredited user.
We may remove Accreditation or even suspend accounts that produce little gaming coverage from redeemed keys.
Once your account meets the minimum criteria for accreditation, it will go into a queue to be evaluated. This will set your account as ‘Pending’.
Some creators may be ‘Pending’ for several weeks, as we have to evaluate every creator individually and we can often have too many new sign ups to evaluate everyone the same day. Don’t worry if you are ‘Pending’ for a few weeks, it doesn’t necessarily mean there is something wrong with your account - you are probably close to the front of the queue!
Eligibility is a status attached to your content channels: video or press.
While these checks are ongoing, video channel status will be set as ‘Lacking Data’. Once these checks have been completed and if your channel passes the checks, your channel status will become ‘Eligible’.
You need to have at least one ‘Eligible’ channel to request keys and become accredited. That also means that if you disconnect all of your eligible channels, you won’t be able to request any new games.
Here are the messages you may receive if you do not pass accreditation, and how to resolve them:
Resend the validation email and confirm
If your web analytics e.g. Google Analytics gives a higher figure, email us your audience analytics from whatever service you use, or upload a document of your analytics on the Settings > Press Outlets > Edit form
Sometimes people misspell their url or their website is down. Check if the URL provided to us is working
If there is a gaming section then send us the URL link
Email us your audience analytics from whatever service you use, or upload a document of your analytics on the Settings > Press Outlets > Edit form
Change your Profile Link or Sample Content to show your connection to the press outlet in the Settings > Press Outlets > Edit form or email us any form of proof
Use your work email where the domain matches the outlet. If you don’t have one, or are a freelancer, contact us to discuss how to confirm your identity. Get back to us with a link that directs us to where in the website there is a by-line, or get someone with a work email to confirm your identity.
We run regular checks to make sure that your channel is appropriate. This includes things like:
If your channel doesn’t do all of the things we check for, your channel status will be set to Not Eligible and you will have to make changes on your channel to acquire eligibility. If you aren’t sure what you need to do to get eligibility, we advise making sure you regularly create quality gaming content, and soon you’ll have your channel eligibility.
Eligibility on a channel is not permanent. We check this daily, so it may only be Not Eligible temporarily. There is reason given in your profile for a channel being Not Eligible, so you can read that and try to fix any issues.
We have also recently created playtesting campaigns which everyone can request, so you can still request and receive games to play that way. You can opt-in to receive invites to playtesting campaigns in your settings: https://www.keymailer.co/g/profile/edit/profile
You need to always meet the minimum requirements for accreditation to be an accredited user, it’s not just when you sign up. That means you need to always meet the eligibility requirements for at least one content channel, or to have a valid email at an accredited press outlet.
If you have temporarily lost your eligibility for all connected channels, you will need to be evaluated again before you can become accredited.
When we run the eligibility checks on your channel, if we see something that needs a second look, your channel will be put in a ‘Review queue’. It doesn't necessarily mean that anything is wrong, it’s just that your accreditation might take a little longer than usual.
There are more requirements than just Eligibility for accreditation. If your account status is ‘Unaccredited’, that means you don’t meet those additional requirements.
If your account status is ‘Pending’, that means you do meet the additional requirements, but you are on the waiting list for evaluation.
Your channel does not have enough regular views to request keys. Publishers tell us they do not want to give keys to channels with tens of views. They become interested when videos are getting hundreds of views.
If you haven’t released much quality content recently, your channel may temporarily become not eligible. Don’t worry, all you need to do is publish some more quality content and your channel will become eligible again.
Content Creators need to be regularly making content to remain eligible. If you are taking a hiatus or have been unable to make content recently, all you need to do is publish some more content on your connected channels and they will become eligible again.
If you are getting this message after you have just connected a Twitch channel, it may be that Twitch doesn't give us the category for VODs, which is all we can see when you first connect. So until you create a gaming stream after you have connected your Twitch channel, we will not see that you have made any recent gaming content.
We want to make sure that only channels that are likely to create coverage in return for a key should be able to redeem keys. That means you need to be publishing gaming content.
If you are shown this message but think that you have made gaming content recently, please get in touch via the contact form and we can investigate.
About the system
This site is an online resource for content creators, press, game publishers, developers and agencies to connect, send and receive game keys for review, and highlight the great content generated from those keys.
When you set up an account and request games, the game's Publisher will see your profile, content, the games you play and feature, and any other information you have provided to support your key requests.
When you request a game key, the publisher or their agent checks out your profile, stats and the type of content you create.
If they send you a key, using the tags provided on video content you create will enable us to pick it up automatically and sent to the publisher, so they can let the game's community know and hopefully drive audience your way.
Editorial press content needs the URL to be submitted.
You may also be offered games based on what you've played or featured in the past. So if you like a particular game or genre, you may well be offered game keys for other similar games.
All gaming content you create is added to your profile to make sure promoters have up to date information about your activity.
Very occasionally we need to perform updates and maintenance. We will flag all scheduled maintenance on the top of the Login and Discovery page to warn of site downtime. Unscheduled downtime will make us just as angry as you, so you have our assurance that we will be trying to fix it as quickly as humanly possible.
Log in, go to Settings, and click Edit on your Account page to delete your account.
Building your profile, privacy settings, etc.
We have two different portals for Press and Influencers. In general, press outlets should sign up on Game.Press. Creators and influencers should sign up on Keymailer.
If you have a press outlet and a video channel sharing the same brand, sign up on Keymailer for your video channel and enter your Press information in Settings > Press Outlets > Edit.
If you have a press outlet and a video channel with different brands, create 2 different accounts - one on Game.Press for the press outlet, and one on Keymailer for the video channel.
For security reasons we can't change your registered email address for you. However if you get in touch with us using the contact form, we can erase the account completely and you can then sign up again with your correct email.
Login and go to your gaming platforms settings to change or add connected accounts. Click DISCONNECT and then reconnect to Steam when the page refreshes. You can also add accessories you own that you want publishers to know about.
Login and go to the video channels settings page and click CONNECT for the platform you require. You will then be prompted for the email address linked to that video channel and a set of permissions.
Login and go to your video channels page in settings, and click DISCONNECT. When the page refreshes, click CONNECT NOW and you will be prompted for the email address linked to video channel you want to connect.
Click Forgotten Password on the login screen, or Login and go to https://www.keymailer.co/g/profile/edit/account Under ACTIONS, click CHANGE PASSWORD.
If you mainly produce content for your press outlet, you may want to have your Account Name set as your Press Outlet Name". This allows promoters to see who you are as a press outlet.
You can enable this setting by ticking the checkbox Use Press Outlet Name located in the settings menu and edit Press.
For your press outlet name, we recommend following the style "GameSite.com Short Reviews Section". It contains both your domain name and a description you want promoters to see.
If you are Freelancers, enter your main client as your domain.
How to connect to game platforms, how does it help you, etc.
No.
Products on the platform should not require you to share any personal information, or any contact details - including your email. Our terms for businesses prohibit collecting personal information in most cases.
Most games are activated using a key, and this does not reveal your email or contact details to the promoter.
Popular launchers including Steam, Epic, and consoles and are operated by the retailer, and do not share your contact details with the game promoter.
If you find a game asks you to connect or create an account it should let you connect using your Steam login, which will not share your email with the promoter.
Some opportunities services or offers may require your contact details, but they must receive permission from us before a campaign starts, and the requirement will be prominently stated in the listing, so you can decide whether to get involved or not.
If you receive any games from our platform which require you to share your contact details or any personal information, it is your decision if you do so, but if this requirement was not prominently displayed in the listing, please contact us so that we can investigate.
At a very basic level, we use it to help confirm your identity and what games you like playing. Connecting these to your account increases the likelihood that publishers will send you game keys on that platform.
We will be adding more gaming platforms and services over time.
NOTE: Some publishers will only send game keys to creators who have their Steam linked.
This is so publishers can see what games you like playing, if you own a base game so they can send you DLC, etc. It also means you don’t have to constantly update your preferences of what games you’d like to receive. Please note: we will never attempt to contact you through your Steam account.
NOTE: Some publishers will only send game keys to creators who have their Steam set to public.
Games owned, most played and recently played. This data is used to demonstrate your value to publishers for specific games and genres, which will help you get more games.
Sometimes Steam’s servers experience some downtime. This is unfortunately out of our control. We suggest you pop back later and try to link your Steam account with our system again.
We are not affiliated with Steam or Valve.
Linking video or press channels to your account
If your main activity as a content creator is video, you need to link your channel to our system.
This confirms you control the channel you’re connecting, making it impossible for someone else to pretend to be you.
It also means we can keep your channel stats up to date automatically so publishers always see an up to date profile for you.
If you make content for a gaming website and want to use it for campaigns from Keymailer, you need to:
1. Make sure your primary email has the same domain as your website (e.g. [email protected] for your website gamingsite.com). You can view your connected emails here https://www.keymailer.co/g/profile/emails
2. Confirm your email address that has the same domain as your website. We will send you a confirmation mail which includes any instructions to confirm
3. Submit an application to be a Press Outlet by going to https://www.keymailer.co/g/profile/edit/press and filling out the required fields
4. Press 'SAVE' and wait for the review to complete
Please note, the review team will check that your email and website domain's match, that your email has been confirmed, that your linked site is for posting about gaming content and that your site gets regular views
When you link your accounts, the authorisation diaglog that pops up lists the information we can access. We never get access to your security information, or password.

Channel analytics are distilled down to build your profile. The information you see on your profile is what publishers see when they are looking at your channel. Some statistics like watch time and countries where the views occurred are relevant to the publisher of the game you were covering, so the data is used in the campaign reports we build for them. We treat this as privileged information and will not make it public without your consent and that of the publisher concerned.
No, we don't expose your contact details when you request or receive game keys. Messages you receive in-system don't expose your contact details. If you sign up for Real Stuff, your mailing details and contact details will need to be shared with the individual or companies (and their couriers) responsible for offering you Real Stuff.
No, not without your express permission.
You can only link to one channel from each platform. Choose the channel that you want to share with promoters
We have to scan through your whole account which takes a while.
Your entire information about a new connected channel will show up after 24-48h.
Twitter has been changing the way developers can access data on Twitter and until the situation becomes stable we have decided not to continue spending developer time changing our software to adapt to this unpredictable environment. We have joined the new paid tier of Twitter but, along with thousands of other developers, are not getting any responses to our questions, which makes working with Twitter infeasible at present. We will reconnect Twitter once the situation becomes more normal.
You may read more about it here.
We don’t allow creators to move their channels between Keymailer accounts.
If you lost access to your old Keymailer account or believe there’s an issue with it. Please, contact us.
NOTES:
Disconnecting your channel will not allow you to connect to a new account.
Deleting your old Keymailer account will NOT allow you to connect your channels to a new account.
What it is, what I've been offered, how does it work, etc.
A giveaway is a simple way for you to share valuable rewards—like game activation codes, event tickets, or in-game items—with your audience. Everyone loves freebies, so it’s a great way to boost excitement and engagement around the content you create.
A promoter (e.g., a game publisher or event organizer) wants to encourage you to feature their product or campaign. By giving you free items to share, they hope you’ll engage your community, attract new viewers, and add extra value to your content. It’s completely optional—if you decide it’s not a good fit, you don’t have to use it.
When you receive a game or offer, you’ll see a Giveaway Link on your offer page (hosted by Giveaways.page). You can share that link anywhere—your live chat, video description, social media, or article body. Yes. On your offer page, there’s a Preview link. Clicking it shows you exactly what your audience sees—an entry form, follow-up emails (winner or non-winner), and the final prize-claim page. You’ll see a notice across the top indicating you’re in “Preview Mode,” so you can explore all the steps without worrying. If something looks off or you have concerns, you can contact support or the promoter directly.
While our giveaways are designed to meet general compliance standards (e.g., no payment necessary, no cash value), specific rules vary by region or platform. If you’re unsure about local regulations or platform policies, reach out to the promoter or our support team.

Currently, you don’t have direct access to the list of winners. That feature is in development. However, you can rest assured the drawing process is random, fair, and managed by the system—no manual input needed on your end.
Keep it simple. You can say something like:
“The game promoter kindly offered an exclusive giveaway so you can win a copy of the game. Just follow my giveaway link to learn more and enter. Good luck!”
Post or mention this link in your stream chat, video description, or wherever your audience is most active.
