This giveaway is an initiative from Partnier that aims to give viewers of selected influencer channels a ticket code for the event, playable using a browser.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Put your email address into the Register box
2. Go to your email inbox and verify your email address
3. Click the link in the email to Enter Giveaway
4. Click the button to confirm you want a ticket code
5. You’ll then be able to access a ticket code for the event, which you can access on a browser at https://event.novagameexpo.com/

Remember, you can only use a ticket code once. So the moment you’ve used it, you won’t be able to activate it again.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY TICKET CODE?

You can redeem your ticket code by following the instructions below.

1. Launch a browser and proceed to https://event.novagameexpo.com/
2. Click on 'Enter Key'
3. Enter the code provided on your event ticket

HOW LONG WILL THIS RUN FOR?

The giveaway ends on March 2, 2025.

I’VE HAD A PROBLEM REDEEMING MY TICKET CODE AND NEED HELP

If you’ve had a problem with your ticket code, we’re happy to help you find a solution to your problem. Before contacting us though, make sure to:

• Check you’ve entered the code exactly as it is written (watch out for capital letters, for example)
• Check you have followed all the steps detailed above
• Check that you’re connected to the internet to be able to access it

I’VE NOT RECEIVED MY VERIFICATION EMAIL

Head back to the site where it will allow you to resend your verification request.

If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact your IT administrator to check it’s not been blocked by the firewall.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE TICKET CODE?

The giveaway is limited to one ticket code per person.

I PUT MY EMAIL ADDRESS IN WRONG?

Don’t worry. If your email was incorrectly spelt, had a comma instead of a full stop, or a space somewhere, then you can try again with the correct email address.

WHY DO I HAVE TO SHARE MY NAME AND EMAIL?

We use your name and email address to limit registrations to one person. we will also occasionally send you marketing information about our forthcoming games. 

Any future communications you receive from us will allow you to opt out using a link inside that email. 

We will not share your details with any other company.
